What is Template Automation?

The Template Automation feature allows users to pre-select a series of saved templates and set a signing order. Once the signer completes the first document, the system automatically sends the next one instantly — no manual intervention required.

For example, when onboarding a new employee, you might need them to sign the following:

1. Offer Letter / Employment Contract

2. Confidentiality or NDA Agreement

3. Company Policy Acknowledgment

4. Onboarding / Consent Documents

With Template Automation, you can group these documents and send them automatically in the desired order — ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.

How to Use the Template Automation Feature

Step 1: Create an Automation

1. Go to the Automation section and click Create.



2. A pop-up modal will display all your saved templates.

3. Select the templates you wish to send and arrange them in signing order.

4. Enter a name and description for the automation and click Save.

Step 2: Send the Automated Templates

1. Click on your saved automation from the list.



2. You’ll see the templates arranged in order along with the logs of previous sends.



3. Click on Send automation .

4. A pop-up modal will appear — enter the recipient’s details and confirm by clicking Send.

Once the first document is signed, the next one will be sent automatically — keeping the process completely hands-free.
