The Resend Envelope feature in WESIGNDOC allows you to quickly send the document notification again to recipients who have not yet completed their signing. Instead of recreating or copying the envelope, Resend simply delivers a fresh email notification with a new secure signing link to the pending signers.
This feature is useful when a signer has missed, deleted, or overlooked the original email, or when you want to gently remind them to complete their part of the signing process.
When you resend an envelope, WESIGNDOC sends another email notification to only those recipients whose turn it is to sign.
The message content remains the same as the original notification, but it includes a new access link to ensure secure and uninterrupted signing.
Completed signers are not notified again—only recipients who still need to act receive the resend email.
